1. Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when received
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without proof of purchase
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at correspondence@quoglarnphep.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RA number and return form with your package
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at correspondence@quoglarnphep.world with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check:
- Your bank account or credit card statement
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take time to process
- Contact us if you still have not received your refund
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this Refund Policy.
